Their Customer Service was highlighted as among the very best anywhere. I found it easy to manage in transport, carrying, launching and recovery. Agility and true line of travel were commensurate with the skills of the person using the kayak. Comfortable with adjustable seat and foot pegs. Drain plug easy to use and kayak light enough to tilt upright for drainage even with water in the craft from rapids of cast off from using the paddles. Fun experience and extremely satisfied with products. When you have a great product at a great price and manufacturer customer service, you just have to take time to do a review of your own experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have bought 4 Kayaks in the last month alone. My wife , who didn't like to do anything outdoors went Kayaking in the ocean with our friends. We now have been to all the reservors within 1 hour of our home. We go out at least twice a week no. The other day she said to me , "why didn't we buy these years ago". I gently reminded her that she was the one that didn't want to do anything outdoors.

We bought our Kayak about a year ago and absolutely love it!! It is very easy to sit in and easy to row. It is also very lightweight which makes it nice if you are taking it to the lake yourself. We would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great Kayak to purchase a lifetime sit inside such as this one.

I bought this kayak for its price point and also, I have never kayaked before. My family and I used it today and the kids enjoyed it. The only issue is that some water would get into the hull and we would have to empty it out from time to time. Other than that, a good starter kayak. We will enjoy this kayak all summer long. I would like to try to the sit-on-top kayak in the future, though, just to see the difference.

This is the worse kayak ever I bought 2 n me n my wife kayak all the time n wanted to try these n they totally are trash my wife stopped paddling n the kayak never stays straight it always turns to right or left n we thought it was the weight so I tried mine n the same I highly recommend nobody to buy them

I have been able to take my kayak out with friends and love it! It is easy to pack anywhere I need to go. I have enjoyed this and cant wait to use it this summer!

I wanted to share the outstanding Customer Service I received from Luke and team. I had some minor issues with the Handles for carrying and beaching. They took care of my issue very quickly and had new parts in the mail!

Love the fact that it has a drain plug in the front on top for draining any extra water out. two rod holders behind seat and one in front. The one in front is perfect. best bang for the buck. light, roomy, durable.
