At least one a day during the summer when I’m not drinking pedialyte type heavy duty electrolyte drink when I work outdoors in the heat. I’ve tried nuun and others. Even though the amount of supplements shown on the package do not appear to be monstrously significant, I can physically feel the uptick in my energy and my body doesn’t feel as drained. This works great. Taste is better than zippfizz and nuun.

I bought this about a month ago online since the Fort Wayne, Indiana Sam's Club no longer carries in store, wanted to have some on hand; in my purse, desk, cupboard, comes in handy for a refreshing difference. Got used to being able to pick it up on our regular shopping day, it is very disappointing that I can not just walk in and pick it up off the shelf, will look for the variety pack at other venues.

Getting 40 packets at that price is a blessing I had no idea how much! I will save hundreds on buying the bottles, even bottled water is silly. I have an 83 yr old who needs these everyday, along with a husband who loves them, this is awesome. It tastes great in just a glass of water and ice! Tastes just like the bottled!

Flavor is good. I like the small package (compared to zip fizz) Cons: the powder does not want to dissolve well. it leaves chunks in the water unless you very vigorously shake. this means you cant use it in a normal cup. when I used zip fizz I never had this issue

I love this product, and buy it very consistently. It's a great price for 40 packets. However, in my last order, (July 2023) all of the Kiwi Strawberry flavored packets were matted up, and stuck in the sleeve, as if they had gotten wet, although the packets were sealed. I also noticed that the packets had different expiration dates, which I found very odd. Not sure if I will buy again, as I was unable to use 1/4 of this packet, making it not a very good deal.
