Quick and easy and delicious way to add electrolytes to your water bottle without adding calories. I am addicted to these! Was very upset when our local Sams Club stopped carrying them. Was so happy they were still available from their online presence.

This is great! It is colorless and has a good flavor - not to mention zero calorie. I tend to cramp a lot, so drink one of these daily. They were great to take on a recent trip - took several packets and a water bottle and I was good to go. Much cheaper than buying pre mixed bottles.

Happy with product. Would have given 5 stars but in every package there are a few packets that are solid and no longer powder so need to be thrown out. It still is an amazing value. I have experienced the same issue with the Gatorade packets as well. I love the fact that this product is not full of unnecessary food coloring and is clear. I highly recommend this and am glad Sam's club started to carry it again. I always have 2 with me in my bag.

3 great flavors w/the same nutrients as Gatorade and 0 sugar and 0 calories, I'm addicted and turning others on to this find! I did fing out the hard way to fill the glass first before instilling the packet as it was very slow to dissolve. An easy fix, put it in last! Dah.

These are convenient to use at work with the water dispensers that they have. Nice to have a different flavor than just plain water and I enjoy all three of these flavors but maybe in the future they could add some of the new flavors that have come out recently.

Great for summer. My fam loves propel but the cases of bottles can get expensive, not to mention creates lots of plastic waste. We use our own cups or water bottles for these and love them. So easy to throw in a bag or lunch box. Would be great for folks who work out side in the heat.

Wish it had less Grape, thats my least favorite flavor but I like the other ones.

It's good if you get leg cramps!
