[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have recently purchased the stove, and the overall quality meets the expectations. This is a very nice-looking stove. Stove and oven functions are above par, and it fits very well in my kitchen. Oven heats up nicely and is spacious. The dial knob for the oven does react quickly and sometimes can be engage while passing by and accidentally touching it. Generally, it does not cause any issues as it needs further confirmation to activate the oven.

We love the design and the dual burner is a plus coming from Italy having one powerful burner is great for cooking. The Smart Technology and functionality is great we love every bit of it. I actually really like this gas range. I enjoy cooking and this is a decent appliance. But I will say my 18 month old figured out the child lock in the oven in under 1 week. Do better there.

The only reason why i did not give 5 stars is because they have a flaw in the build. The larger burner on front right makes a popping noise when the flame is below medium. Almost like its gasping for air. We had the range exchanged thinking it was a defective piece but the replacement did the same thing. We learned it is just a defect in design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Powerful stove, consistent heating with convection feature. However, I was not pleased with the oven door, which was hard to see through even when the light was on.

We like the features on this range. It cooks well. Bakes great, but.....it has a huge flaw. If you accidentally touch the oven control knobs, it turns the oven on. If you have kids, forget about it. It will be turned on by accident constantly. Even as an adult. It's ridiculously easy yo do. There isn't a way to disable this knobs, so you end up turning the oven off every time you are cooking. It is a safety hazard, period. We may return the range just because of this design. Come on Samsung! We have all Samsung appliances, but this is dumb.

Do not buy any of the ranges with the control dial knob especially if you have children. The button would always get bumped so we put on the child lock feature. This worked great until on of the children pulled the button off. Well guess what? You can't just snap it back on. Now I have a 9 month old oven that I have to use a pair of needle nose pliers to use the oven. Or I can pay a tech to come out and fix it just so the kids can break it off again.
