These little things pack a punch. Initially smaller in the package than expected, but they’re filling and delicious.

My kids toddlers liked them but the were a little dense for them to eat. You needed a gallon of water after you ate one!

Not a lot of nutrition but not too bad for you...at least the kids don't sneak them like other snacks...
