The containor cap broke and the customer service said there are no caps available although a prior email review claimed that Igloo sent them a new cap . Internet. search failed to find any replacement parts. This is an expensive containor that is worthless with a broken cap. Suggest. buying a from different company.

I'm a full-time boondocker with a travel trailer for years now, and these are my main way of transporting water to the RV. Four of them fit perfectly behind the driver's seat in my truck. And they're so durable! These are the ones to go with - way better than the other water containers out there!

The shape with the two handles is great. However, unlike the person who gave it glowing reviews for filling an RV water tank, the spout is so cheaply made that it falls out if any pressure is put on it. I bought 2 of them and neither spouts work well. WalMart used to use another brand which had sturdier spouts that weren't a problem. If you are just pouring water into a bucket or pot etc. it will be fine. Another minor irritation is the little plug you pull partway out to let air in when pouring is too small. Again, compared to the previous brand it's small size limits the flow rate. My comments are really for people who are going to use this for filling openings where you insert the spout.

Unfortunately this jug had a hole in it when I bought it and I didn't realize. Since you can't test it at the store, I recommend selecting a different product.

I got this to the days where we go camping. We used it q week ago while camping in TX, and it was great to have fresh/cheap water in a big amount. It fits easily in the car because of its shape.

Bought the Igloo Water Container a few months back from a local store. Seemed durable and a great product, but the cap cracked after the second time I used it. I can't find a replacement cap, and now I can't store water horizontally. Please help...
