Very nice chair. It's well built and comfortable too. It was 100.00 less if I had it delivered.

Received this product on January 16, broke on March 14. Plastic piece broke on rocker and left a large grease spot on my carpet.

Arrived promptly, we'll packed and easy to assemble. One screw missing in backrest side wing brackett...replacement backrest received in 3 days. Chair replaces lazyboy recliner more than twice expensive less than 3 years old that fell apart.

My husband has one & it's been great. So I got my own. He brought it home & set it up. Reclining mechanism doesn't work. What a MAJOR disappointment! Now I have to drive 20 miles with my non working chair, just to return it.
