I don’t like beer I hate the smell and the taste. But this review comes from my husband who does sip on this beer on occasion. He says this has a very mild taste soft and not bitter like other beer brands he really recommends this drink for social events

Great taste, good alternative to corona. Foil wrapping around the top is a tad annoying. You either spend too much time peeling the foil or you end up with the foil in your mouth as you drink it. Good only if you have time to peel the foil back or you’re planning to drink out of a glass.

I am not Mexican, im Colombian but my hubby has fallen in love with alot of Mexican culture bc my moms ex was Mexican. In US the beer gots to have a lime and lil dash of salt, but not South America. it lwgit tastes like they "pre added" the lime and salt!!! seriously

Love a modelo in the summer, but only in the summer. There’s something special about this Mexican larger that can’t be stated. It’s light without losing flavor, not too heavy, and an all around solid beer. Definitely better than Corona but on the same level as Pacifico.

Whoa whoa! These go down so smooth. Ok I’m a female who has to be very careful of the types of beer I can drink due to a brain injury I received from my abusive ex husband, certain ingredients now make me have seizures and I’m fine with Porters, but anyways never have had a problem with these. I love the difference in the beer and how distinct it is. It’s almost has an earthy taste. Modelo by itself or with lime and ice cold————can’t beat it. Wayyyyyyyyy better than Corona and my go to for this type of beer. A modelo “margarita” is also a fast and easy way to switch it up a little when you don’t feel like breaking out the blender.

I found this to be a delicious, smooth beer. I enjoy Mexican beer as it has slight citrus undertones and pairs well with a slice of lemon, orange, or lying. It had a good, full-bodied flavor and a beautiful light amber color. Perfect way to wind down on a Friday. Cheers!

I don’t like the beer on its own. But, it’s my favorite beer to drink in a michelada. I love how fresh the beer is and it’s perfect for a summer night! I like the negra modelo more on its own I find it to taste smoother. This modelo on its own tastes very bitter to me.

I think this beer is one of the most smooth and it doesn't smell that strong. It's not expensive very good value It's perfect for a great afternoon with friends and family Modelo Especial . I think it doesn't compare with any others that I have tried. I always buy it for party's or just to have it at home for my husband. I'm not a really beer fan but I like this one.

I was introduced to Modelo while in Mexico way before it was available in the states near me. It has a slight orange taste and isn’t very hoppy. It is far from my favorite beer but I have seen many other people drinking it in the past few years it’s been available in the north east.
