[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the chelada flavors, the Mango & Chile was the crowd favorite. Limon y Sal was the second favorite. We tried the Modelo Chelada Especial pack and the traditional Modelo Especials. The Modelo Especial was refreshing and crisp as always! The chelada style was unique and great if you’re looking for some familiar Modelo with the flavor of a michelada. The Mango & Chile Modelo Chelada stood out the most due to the refreshing mango flavor with some spice of the chile. The Modelo Especial is the the original refreshing beer I’d drink when watching soccer which is what I would recommend to my friends and of course buy again!

I would highly recommend the Modelo lineup to friends and family. Whether it be Modelo Especial, Modelo Oro, or Modelo Chelada. They all have a great classic crisp flavor that everyone loves. I have already purchased more Modelo for my upcoming birthday party.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE Modelo Especial. This beer is a great solid standard lager beer when we go to restaurants or drink socially with friends. The crisp flavor is what keeps bringing me back. The flavor starts and finishes the same. With a little lime and salt on the rim it’s perfect. I also like the Modelo Especial in a michelada drink it brings the entire drink together and makes it complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll be honest the Modelo Especial was a little more bitter than what I personally tend to go for, so for me, Modelo Oro was definitely the better fit. But that’s the beauty of having both options available! While I stuck to the Oro, my guy friends went straight for the Modelo Especial and they could not stop raving about it. They said it was incredibly refreshing and had that bold, satisfying lager taste that really hits the spot. According to them, it’s exactly the kind of beer you want when you’re watching a big game, spending a day at the pool, or heading to the beach. It pairs perfectly with those moments where you just want to kick back, relax, and enjoy a cold one. What I appreciated most was that the Modelo lineup had something for everyone. I didn’t have to compromise anything: the women enjoyed the lighter, smoother Modelo Oro while the men were more than happy with the Especial. It made for a great night with a lot of variety. If you’re someone who enjoys a classic, slightly bolder lager with a refreshing finish, Modelo Especial is absolutely worth trying. My friends would definitely buy it again!

I’ve even got my parents liking this brand too. They finally just tried it yesterday when we were watching the FIFA Mexico game! It’s a very smooth beer and goes great paired with most foods and snacks! This is balanced nicely by the lightness and the flavor. My go to beer for all sporting events with friends and family, or even get together!
