We were there to buy tires. The clerk had a terrible customer service attitude. Tried to express gratitude to turn his attitude around but to no avail. The woman working that day were competent and kind. Please talk to him.

I paid a little over a gram for these tires almost a month ago and still they have not been delivered to Sam's. The tire people at Sam's Club say there's nothing they can do to track them or get an update, which I think is 🐂 💩.

Took longer than expected battery needed a recharge tech said I think you need to make a appointment huh. Why couldn't it be done when my tires were installed.

Excellent tires at an excellent price, great traction in all weather conditions om our Toyota Four Runner. Really outstanding service from Sam's, fast, efficient and professional.
