This was my gateway whiskey. I’m still not an expert when it’s comes to this spirit, but I love the spice-forward notes this whiskey has. It’s by no means a mellow sipper, but it’s not harsh either. We love to make old fashioneds with it because it’s gives it a little more sass than a bourbon old fashioned.

The standard Bulleit Rye is a no-frills rye, for better or for worse. It's unoffensive, not all that memorable, but quite drinkable. Comparing the two, the standard Bulleit Rye's flavor profile resides on a higher octave, with lighter, brighter, and sweeter flavors

Like the ten-year and the Bulleit brand generally, this has a good, strong, somewhat-spicy taste. Works great in cocktails and benefits from having something sweeter or lighter to balance out the woody and bitter notes in the bourbon. Would recommend.

This is a very smooth and silky rye. It still has the spiciness that you find it ryes, but this one goes down my easier. It has notes of vanilla, honey, and a little bit of nuttiness. It’s good to sip by itself, or good in a Sazerac, Manhattan, and any kind of mash.

Smooth as far as whiskey goes, could drink it on the rocks which I normally am not a fan of with dark liquors but even the aftertaste is good. And of course would be good for any mixed drink that requires whiskey. I would recommend for all whiskey lovers and non whiskey lovers alike.

Bulleit is a little to hot for me. A Rye drinker would love it. We always have it in the house but not my drink. People who drink this would not change it. They like the flavor. I am not a fan. I am not a Rye drinker. I would buy it to share with others but not for myself.

Great, smooth, caramel bourbon! Makes lovely old fashioned’s. Nice bottle. Great for sipping on after a long, hard day, I don’t drink bourbon often, but when I do, I go for Bulleit. I love how smooth it is and it’s the perfect Friday or weekend drink

This is an excellent rye whiskey, and for the price you really can't beat it. It is great to drink straight, but also can be used in cocktails. It makes a really good Sazarac. I have bought many bottles before and will continue to be a customer. I highly recommend it.

So good on it's own or with irish car bomb drinks. It is very smooth and easy to sip. It is lighter than some rye whiskeys. The price point is reasonable, so it's my go to mid range rye. I have purchased it many times before and will continue to do so.

This rye is priced nicely, has a good complex flavor and is widely available. I would prefer to have this in a cocktail as opposed to drinking neat. But largely my go to choice for bourban at bars when Im looking for something a step or two above well.
