I buy these for someone else, but I have tried the water. First, I really hate the container design. It seems like it is going to snap if you breath on it too hard, and the handles are uncomfortable. They also pack these so tightly into the store display shelves that in order to get them out, you feel like you're going to have to sacrifice one by squishing it beyond it's capability to hold just to make space to get the bottles out and into your cart. At my store, also, they always stock these upon on a high shelf, which makes it even more annoying and difficult to try to get them; they are insecure, flimsy, and heavy containers you have to wrangle above your head basically. I personally also believe that I can taste this plastic in the water itself. And to that end, I do not think the water is very good. However, the person I buy them for uses them regularly.

Crystal Geyser is the only bottled water that I like. I have to take a lot of medication and it's the only water that I don't taste chemicals in it. I drink more water when I can get Crystal Geyser. Please do not substitute other water when I order it, because I buy cases of other water to cook with. Also, I prefer being called either Mrs. Nicholas or Miss Betty. THANK YOU!!

The water itself is fabulous! I have purchased in the store for years and am a returning customer. But! The shipping, for the 2nd time has been awful! One shipment got totally intercepted/returned and I was just given a refund . The shipment that arrived today had one bottle completely missing and one bottle had been damaged and had a small leak. BETTER PACKAGING NEEDS TO HAPPEN!!

My reg goto is Poland Spring Water and i figured i would give you a try and Iwas enjoying the water. Then all of a sudden I noticed now you cant keep up with the demand and prices have gone up. This is why I avoid reviews. Just like tv shows, when you like the shows, they take the popular ones and separate them to different apps so we have to pay for another app. You all get greedy and price gauuge. This is why I gave 2 stars and not 5.

Best spring water around . The only thing i wish is that it would be in a glass bottle, not plastic., because plastic leaches its chemicals into the water, especially if water bottles are left exposed to the heat and sun when unloading from truck or if plastic bottles are displayed in a display window facing east or west, at sunrise or sunset.

This is the best water by far in taste, it's the smoothest, and it's the only water that doesn't give me acid reflux, so I've been happy to pay the $0.48 increase, but the strap/handle removal is my dealbreaker as sad as I am to say it. I'm 28 and have been buying this water for 10 years. I also have carpal tunnel, so it's already difficult for me to handle certain things. The strap was so convenient for people like me and provided a lot of us with a self sufficient route, but now we'll be forced to buy another brand due to packaging. I'm definitely not the only one with this gripe. Everyone I know who drinks this water is SUPER upset. Guys, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Please just bring back the old packaging. Tons of us are begging.

I've bought this water for awhile. I prefer to "purified" drinking water which is basically filtered tap water. But......why would you stop putting handles on a gallon container of water?? Price increase but you REMOVE the handles?? Poor decision on whoever in the company made that call.

One of the best spring waters there are. I can taste and feel a huge different in energy when I drink spring water, so whenever I can I always drink spring water. Crystal Geyser is one of bets yet affordable ones. It's also found everywhere which makes it one of my go to waters.

I'm pretty choosy when it comes to bottled water. There are quite a few name brands I won't buy because they are either too minerally tasting, or they are just too pricey. Crystal Geyser is very good water and is fairly priced. This is my water of choice. I love the gallon size too; it fits nicely in my refrigerator and is easy to pour into my refillable containers.

This has a bad taste and no listed ingredients. Seeing symptoms of unclean water like odor and upset stomach. It's not much better than tap water that has bacteria, chlorine and bleach in it which is why I'm buying it. There is also no handle making it hard to carry.
