The taste is great

Unhappy because the smaller set of water bottles have been consistently out of stock. Instead of offering a substitute they canceled my order for water. I ended up having to pay a second delivery fee and still didn't get what I wanted. Yes I'm happy that this was delivered but unhappy about the experience and extra cost. Ordering water was the entire purpose of the first order, very disappointing I paid so much for the other items to be delivered and did not get the one item that I made the order for.

I like buying the gallon water jugs but I have one request. Can you do four in a box instead of six? I cannot lift it into the cart or into my car. I have to open the box and do each bottle one at a time because there is nobody ever around to help. That box is just too heavy for a woman or a senior citizen.
