Horrible packaging. No means to grip bottle. Material of bottle overly soft in order to grip the bottle it crushed the bottle and it will not return to shape.

It is absolutely ridiculous that they don't put handles on these gallon containers anymore. It makes them a real hassel especially if you have smaller hands.

It is difficult for senior consumers to twist off the cap. I use rubber gloves to help grip the top as I twist off the cap. The helpful, handy carry strap was removed several years ago, too. Please bring it back!

Tastes like bottled water. Only thing for me that is a negative is the dollar tree (back home in WI) had it for $1.25. The price gouging is terrifying.

I’ve always purchased Poland Spring water, but since they are usually out, I decided to try Crystal Geyser Spring water. The taste is really bad. It has a weird taste like soap and tastes nothing like spring water. I’ll never purchase it again.

Bottles without handles are difficult to use for us grandmas. Would sure appreciate it if you either added a handle to the lid or used a premolded bottle with built in handle like other brands do.

the product itself is perfect. it is the walmart shopper who decided to give me all 6 bottles with smashed tops making it impossible for my arthritic hands to open.

Crystal Geyser may be the BEST spring water anywhere for the price. Not much to review. Just buy and see for yourself. Walmart has the best price anywhere for this brand.
