Called Company months ago regarding handle. They sent heavy duty bag’s to carry water in but it’s still heavy. Google Crystal Geyser to get phone number. Very nice polite customer service

The last few times that I've ordered gallon "purified" water, Walmart switches to this without putting it as a substitution. Purified water isn't the same as "drinking" water.

I needed distilled water for my CPAP and you gave me spring water which I cannot use you did not tell me you were going to substitute you did not send me a text message like you said you would I'm very unhappy with you people

Water is water. I really cannot taste a difference between one brand and another. I buy Crystal Geyser because the handle is convenient, and the shape of the plastic bottle is easy to manage.

Been buying this water for awhile and have enjoyed it but the last few times I purchased it then jug itself was yellowing. Anyone else have this issue or know why?

These water bottles do not have handles. I have been very sick and they are hard to carry and even harder to try and pour. I do not mind the sub. but I need to be able to use the water.

I got this as a replacement item for the store brand and I am very disappointed. The water taste bad like it is soured or something. Tastes terrible!

When product is unavailable, there should be a way to note a preference for the substitution. If ordering Spring Water, the only option for replacement should be spring water and not purified water. That is apples and oranges.

Tastes like the water in the west coast mountains in the 1970's. Water is supposed to be delicious not taste in like chemicals. This water tastes like water is delicious!! No chemicals taste!

water had a weird taste, it was almost like a metallic taste. i bye 10 of these every two weeks and so far the first one tasted really bad. never had a issue before.
