Handle is always broken or there isn't a handle attached to the bottle at all, makes it impossible to carry or left the bottle.

How in the world are you expected to pour this? The bottle is massive, has no handle and it’s filled to the brim.

The site says it is $1.38/unit, but after placing in cart says the price is now $7.24/unit. Quite a PRICE HIKE...

CAUTION THIEVERY !!!

For the past couple of times that I ordered this water, handles were missing. It's very difficult to pour water when the handles are not attached.

Hard to open cap (hurt my hand). Hard to pour water into cup - have to use both hands, and be very steady. It's heavy, design of bottle is long

good water  bad container.  stap always breaks.  plastc so thin wont hold shape and tips over.  Cant reuse

Love the water but hate the new packaging boxes! Very hard to handle! Bring back the the other packaging!

WATER IS GREAT QUALITY HOWEVER I ORDERED 42 BOTTLES ONLY RECEIVED 40. STILL AWAITING REFUND FOR 2 BOTTLES.

Crystal geyser is one of the best clean waters that you can drink….but I can't drink it very well when Walmart's drivers pile heavy things on top of these gallon jugs and crush the necks into the bottle…. so you can't get them open …and if you do, you will get a shower. I also lose a good portion of each bottle when I go through that process   This is the second time I've had to deal with this and this is why I'm giving this kind of review.

I've been using this water in place of faucet water for years. Tested it seemed to be one with the most even PH. I drink it, make coffee with  it and cook with it. No weird tastes like some others. Tastes as good as or better than any filtered water. Please don't stop carrying it. The only thing I don't like is no carrying handle like there used to be. Perhaps you could provide handles as an option that we could reasonably buy to make them easier to carry. I always buy the gallons 8-10 at one time averaging every 3 weeks. I have back and shoulder problems so I do have to be sure to keep a cart close by.
