I was so excited to see this product to save my back from breaking while mopping. The problem is though, because it has plastic parts, it breaks and then cannot be used. Would love to give an EXCELLENT RATING wnen I receive NEW PRODUCT as told to me by Bren.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have dogs and this spray mop is awesome. I love the fact I do not have to keep buying refills as the pad can be washed. The floor is actually clean after using it. You can add your own cleaner without buying a brand cleaner that costs a lot and is not safe for our dogs.

It reaches corners and cleans so deep with the mop material absorbing so much sort and dust! Very impressive mop and the mop itself is so easy to clean you just put in the wash and dryer and that's it !

I just received the mop, put it together and tried it out right away. Love it! Where was this mop years ago? I did call customer service with a question and was pleased to reach a person who was pleasant, helped with my question and made me feel I purchased from a reliable company.

I had such high hopes for this mop, only to have them dashed in about 8 days. The spot where the handle attaches to the head is just cheap plastic and the "nub" you push in to hold it to the head is the same cheap plastic and broke off while being used. It didn't get stuck on anything, I was on a straight flat surface and the head came off and the little piece landed on the mop head. The head won't stay on the handle without it, unless you do some rigging, leaving the mop useless. After only 8 days, I have to figure out how to keep the head on it.

I've used O'Cedar spin mop, Swifter wet jet, the original Swifter mop and many others. I used this mop once to clean around 1800 sf of flooring (tile & wood). I wet the pad fist and used a multipurpose cleaner in the spray bottle which holds approximately 12 oz.. The mop did not leak. I've washed the pad and it remanded it good condition. You can use the pad dry or wet, which is great. The mop is not very sturdy but decent for the price. The only real dislike I have is the spray trigger and the wide spray nozzle. I have ordered additional pads for backup. If you like the Swifter wet jet this is comprable and will save $$$ long term.

I bought this mop back in May of 2021. One of the best purchases ever! I was using one of those that had disposable mop heads and cleaning solution bottles. The money I was spending was crazy! Now I just drop the mop head in the wash and it's good to go! And I can use my favorite cleaning solution. My floors have never looked so good. The best part is, it's so easy to grab and use, even my husband will clean up spills without complaints. It goes without saying, but I'm going to say it anyway, I love this mop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love spray mops but I don't like how heavy some are. This is the perfect size/weight for me, especially since my entire home is hardwood floors. It's easy to fill and go! I also really like how it can get in hard to reach places without much effort. It does a great job and the pad is easily washable. Anything to make my home easier to clean works for me!

Smaller than expected but easy to assemble and use.

Compactible and very good, love that I can take it apart and clean it when I need to.
