I bought a set of four of these tires for my 2017 VW Golf. The previous tires were OEM provided Continental ProTrack TX with about 40,000 miles on them. The old tread was getting low but still acceptable for Mass inspections. They also seemed to have developed a flat spot which was noticeable at low and high speeds. The Cross Climate 2 got very good review but in hindsight I don't recall seeing anything about highway mileage. On a trip I regularly make of about 70 miles with 60 highway, I would average 40-42 mpg. Now with these new Cross Climate 2 tires I only get 35-38 mpg. So after paying a top of the line tire I am going to continue to pay more every fill up through loss in gas mileage.

I bought a set of these CrossClimate 2 tires in 2022 and never have been more impressed with the handling, traction, etc. of any other tire I have bought in the 60+ years I have been driving. Note: I chose the Helium fill option if this makes any difference.

I bought 4 new CrossClimate 2 tires about 6 weeks ago and they are amazing, in rain, especially. My old tires would spin just taking off normally from a stoplight when the roads were wet. Now, they grip and take right off. Stopping is easier too. Definitely glad I made the investment in these tires!!

People seem to be getting confused about a couple points: 1. Wandering / Poor tracking: this tends to happen with untrained staff mounting all four tires on the wheels one direction, which makes directional tread patterns like these backwards on one side of the car, which results in poor tracking and wandering. I have had tire shops do this, and it feels exactly how some "disappointed" reviewers are describing their performance. 2. Poor MPG: Michelin has replied here to a bunch of people that fresh tire compounds result in lower mpg at first. That's not untrue necessarily, but so far people have ignored that new tires are physically larger than worn tires, even at the same nominal size. The worn tires are giving artificially high MPG figures (they aren't going as far as the odometer says), and the new ones are often giving artificially low figures (going farther than the odometer says, since they are often set for an average tire age), so jumping from worn to new makes it falsely appear that there is a significant MPG difference. So, don't get it twisted! These are great tires, especially in wet environments. Even at double the price of standard "used car grade" tires, I bought two more sets of these, so every car would be as safe and comfortable. I only wish they came in a light truck load rating so I could feel better taking them on forest roads.

I purchased my CrossClimate 2 tires for my Honda Ridgeline G2 in preparation for Wisconsin winter. Turns out it barely snowed in my area last winter so I can't really rate the tires snow performance. I can say I've been highly impressed with the tire's wet and dry performance. Very stable in all conditions and I have noted a slight improvement in gas economy. There is a slight hum from the tires, but I only noticed it when I first purchased the tires and was curious about it. Since then I never notice road noise. Highly satisfied with my purchase and will definitely purchase again unless a CrossClimate 3 comes out first.

I bought these tires based on reviews, particularly in Consumer Reports. They are everything I have come to expect from Michelin tires! Great handling, quiet, smooth ride. I've driven on Michelin tires for years now and these are the best I've ever had.

Finally, one tire that does it all. North Central Connecticut, two winters now haven’t had to worry about them. Haven’t had to buy two sets of tires. Slightly more noise, but nothing bothersome. These are on a 2015 Accord LX. These are basically set it and forget it tires. Wet, dry, snow, predictable everywhere.

The tires perform very well and I really like them at higher speeds around 60k to 100k but they are a little noisy at lower speeds around 40k when turning. I am going to have a wheel alignment to see if that will help I don't like the warranty requirements because although it is easy for me to rotate my own tire I will have to pay a shop to do it so I have proof they have been rotated

I found these tires back in 2021 when I found my Konig rims. Best tires I've ever had and I'm about to order 4 more now that the ones I have are getting worn. Definitely feel like I've put over 60,000 miles considering I drive for a living and I'm just now needing new tires.

I bought a set for my Chevy Impala back in August. 10th generation Impala’s are quiet as is but this tire made it even more. Recently with living in Wisconsin we have had a mix of snow and rain making slush mess. This tire made driving in it like it wasn’t even there. I was bit skeptical when first purchasing these and with the somewhat higher price compared to other options but I am now sold. Well worth the price for noise reduction and handling of winter weather. Would recommend to anyone who lives in Midwest who truly deal with all seasons of weather sometimes even in one day.
