I researched and being a Michelin user already, was pleased to find they are the best in class tires. They are very impressive in snow, handle great on dry, and amazing on wet (I tried hard to make them slide on corners and curves. Not happening! My only slight complaint is that they spin occasionally on take off. I have recommended Cross Climates to everyone who asks about tires, and our vehicles will always have nothing but these amazing tires! Almost three years and no regrets!

I bought these a year and a half ago. They were purchased prior to winter driving, with the idea of swapping them out for snow tires if needed. They have performed well in winter conditions for the last two years without changing them out. We also have issues with water pooling on the highway. These handle the situation well, without a hint of hydroplaning. They feel more secure than more expensive tires.

I got a set last year. I had Bridgestone Mud&Snows on my Outback Touring. Absolute garbage in snow. An AWD that continuously got stuck. Terrible hydroplaning in heavy rain. I researched and found raves about the Cross Climate. Then I had to search like crazy. Everyone was "sold out." Finally found a set, had them delivered and a local shop installed them. The result? Amazingly good handling. No hydroplaning even going through standing water. As far as getting stuck in moderate snow? These tires turned my Subaru into a snowmobile! Going forward all our AWD vehicles will be wearing these at replacement time. Thanks for such an exceptional tire. Jake

First 2,000 miles my fuel mileage dipped from 41mpg to 38mpg (hybrid) but once they wore in they have been the most sure footed and quiet tires I’ve ever driven. I commute 120miles per day and currently have 43,000 miles on them. Still silent and trouble free. Wet/rain and snow braking and handling and overall performance makes this tire by far the best car tire on the market.

I researched for a tire that was good for all four seasons and just not an all season radio radial tire but something that performs great in like even deep snow or hot Arizona sons son. I was looking for a tire that had great traction ratings on dry and wet conditions, all season, snow rated and good for the Arizona heat. This tire was really the only one that had all those parameters along with the high mileage, 60k long lasting. I had them installed today and my first impression is OMG! These tires are so quiet, the ride is so smooth, when you go over a manhole cover kind of thing you can’t even feel it, it just feels like you’re right you’re sitting on a cloud and again it is just so freaking quiet. Tomorrow we’re expecting snow and rain in the mountains of Arizona I am eager to try them on the roads for their lack of hydroplaning and their ratings for wet and snow I wanna see how it works on the back roads of a big snowpacked off road and then also driving on the highway puddles for hydroplaning I am hoping my impression and my excitement still holds up. I don’t see any reason why they will not. I strongly recommend these tires especially for SUVs I own a Subaru 2019 Forrester sport

I purchased these tires to replace the original tires on a new VW ID4. Though I did not have, or use the original tires more than a few hundred km, I did not notice any major difference in noise or handling with the new Crossclimate2 tires. Though I was not able to compare EV range between the original equipment tires and the Crossclimate tires, both being new, I don't think there is much if any. I find these tires to be an excellent compromise between traction and durability vs rolling resistance (ie EV range) for where we live in the BC lower Mainland.

Fitted these to an AWD hatchback, mostly driving in the Bay Area with frequent ski trips to Tahoe/mammoth during the winter. These tires exceeded all winter driving expectations, pushing through blizzards and snow covered roads as if a true winter tire, through record snowfall seasons. Matched with a basic awd system, these tires inspired snow driving confidence, never once having to chain up and driving through roads covered in multiple inches of snow. They also performed well during the summer and wet. If you’re looking for a single tire solution for snow/summer and switching tires doesn’t make sense for you, this is your tire.

I bought the Michelin tires because I trust that I will be safe and have a comfortable ride. I have had Michelin tires on my last 3 Vehicles and been very satisfied in winter and summer and great traction in the snow. I would recommend them to anyone.

Just replaced long lasting Michelin X-ice with CrossClimate2 and these are fantastic tires. Handled 6" of snow with ease and no sideways sliding see with other tire designs. Braking performance is exceptional in snow and wet. See other reviewers whining about MPG decrease but it's minimalin my experience for what tire has to offer. Tire is extremely quiet considering aggressive tread pattern which is impressive. Another great tire from Michelin and highly recommend if live in snowy climate.

So far I’m very impressed by these tires. They are much quieter than the Firestone FT140s that were on the car from the factory. I’ve been a Michelin man for 50 years. From the early days of the Michelin X and XAS to the LTX2 they’ve been the best you can buy.
