I really want to love this Disney ski lift. Visually, it's absolutely charming. But there is no volume control for the obnoxiously loud music! It does at least have the option to run without music, but that means you only get half the fun. I put a towel under it to muffle the sound (speaker is on the bottom) and it helped a little.

We love Disney villages and their holiday collection, however this was a swing and a miss. While very cute, the conveyor belt became loud and squeeked after normal use not even for one season. There is a constant hum and is very annoying. Unfortunately we will be returning, the quality just isn't there at this price point.

Purchased in-store and had to return due to extremely loud motor noise. Purchased one online as a replacement and it was the same. Was loud enough to hear in the next room. Very disappointed as we have great luck with our Disney villages. Appears to be a batch with faulty or incorrect motors.

We absolutely love this piece! I was so excited to add it to others we have. I love that it has a lights only feature. Beware that there is NO volume control. It can be a bit loud with the sound on and I'd prefer a volume control. I'd still purchase this because I love it and will incorporate it into part of my Mickey village.

We LOVE the village so much however, the cord that holds the Donald and Mickey skiing broke after just one month. We are going to try and repair it but not sure we can. Have been unable to find replacement parts, sadly.

Immediate hit with the granddaughters. Daddy said it plays music very loudly. Not a hit.

Fast shipping bigger than expected

I bought this in November and had it for less than a month and the rubber track snapped out of the blue. I returned it for a refund & repurchased because I really loved this decoration and got it mainly for my toddler who loves Mickey. The exact same thing happened again. After two weeks the rubber track snapped. Both snapped at the same spot. I’m so disappointed! This decoration is so cute and my daughter loves it. Unfortunately I will be returning *again*.
