I bought this one a couple years ago. The roof broke in less than a year. Sojag told me I must get a new panels every couple years because they don't last and they don't even offer other option for replacement. Dont wast your money for that cheap and bad products!

Attached to my back deck to provide shade and shelter and it is performing very well, however with the sun low in the sky it does not provide the shade desired unless a curtain is installed to be closed as necessary. The product is sturdy and is standing up well in the winter weather. High winds in our area were a concern when purchasing this product however it has held up very well after being bolted into the deck cross beams.

Set up is going on now as I type this. Almost done. Worst piece of junk ever. I'm so mad at myself for not reading reviews. I have a total of 4 other gazeboes in my yard. 3 for my play yard and 1 in my personal space. This is the 5th one going into my play yard for shade. It states a hardtop and its plastic panels. I'll be lucky if it lasts one winter. What a waste of manpower putting it together and a complete waste of money. The shade is almost non-existent.

We purchased the Sojag Meridien Gazebo at the beginning of April, and all things considered, it turned out well. Once we got it fully assembled the unit looked very nice and it seems like it should hold up to our environment nicely. However, we did have some significant issues with packaging / assembly. Some of the parts were mis-labled and did not correlate to the provided instructions. Other parts were just plain wrong. Two of the rails right in the middle of the side of the gazebo were both 2 inches too short to work. I made extensions to both of these so that I was able to use them. There was also some damage done to quite a few of the channels (panels wouldn't fit in) during shipment that we had to bend back in place to make work. I did not notice these issues initially so by the time I got all of the parts out and the unit partially assembled, I figured it was easier to just repair and replace what was needed as opposed to tearing it back down, packing it back up, and sending it back. Like I said, all in all it turned out pretty good. But the packaging from the company, and the assembly process, left a lot to be desired.

Delivery was good. Assembly was fast, we set it up in a morning. Very much liked the roof panels being UV protected, see through and strong.

Easy to put together. Looked beautiful for 2 weeks. Hurricane Matthew came through. Numerous trees down, gazebo still standing. Did lose a few panels in the roof. Hopefully replace those soon.

U bought this 3 yrs ago . The panel fell out twice and broke what I paid for it and trying to get replacement part for it .its nothing but junk.i babied it during the winter I wont buy it again

Purchased in May and so glad we did! Best part are the roof panels with light showing thru. Purchased waterproof outdoor drapes and actually sit there in the rain enjoying every minute laying on our daybed. Grandchildren love sleeping in it. Thanks for for carrying this quality product!!!

i purchased this for our yard next summer,,, I have read the reviews and went with this one.

The base of the Sojag Meridien is fine. The roof is a disaster. The polycarbonate roof panels chip easily. Looking at the quality of them, expect that they will need replacing. The bigger problem is the quality of the design and instructions. The instruction manual is unclear and has several errors. The design itself is poor. The panels do not fit well. We've had several people over trying to get the roof together and no success. Sojag will try to give you tips for the installation, but they ultimately do not take accountability for the quality of their design and instructions. I highly recommend NOT purchasing this model and would hesitate to purchase any Sojag products in the future.
