bought 10/01/21 225 60 r18 2020 rave 4 hybrid. before avg 40 mpg, now 34.5. thats 770.00 more in gas, not worth it. pulls to the right. had car realigned, rotated tires front to rear, side to side no change. i do not want these tires you should give me my money back or a different tires

After much research, I replaced a set of Yokohama Geolander tires with a set of CrossClimate2 on my wife’s 2015 Lexus NX. WOW, what a difference in ride and road noise. It was like getting a new vehicle. The Yokohama tires were original equipment on our NX, and I always complained about the road noise and harsh ride. I thought it was the car and now I know it was the tires! I’m curious how they will perform this winter on snowy roads on our 2wd SUV. So far, great tires!

Overall these are good tires and I am glad I bought them. First, even though they are “all weather” and usuable year round, I swap them out for dedicated winter tires, so I cannot comment on how they preform in severe winter conditions. However, soon after putting them on this spring (March 2024), we had a few cm’s of snow in the Toronto area. They handled this spring snowfall and resulting messy roads effortlessly. In normal commuter driving around the city and during one long distance highway trip I have taken, they have preformed very well in all aspects, steering, braking, accelerating and ride, whether it is sunny or wet, the road is perfect or bumpy. The one draw back is there is some tread growl. I drive a 2017 Mazda 3, which isn’t a whisper quite car, and the tread noise tends to blend in with the normal Mazda sound in a way that does not make it annoying. However if quiet running is a key priority for you, there are probably other tires that will better meet your needs.

Just replaced long lasting Michelin X-ice with CrossClimate2 and these are fantastic tires. Handled 6" of snow with ease and no sideways sliding see with other tire designs. Braking performance is exceptional in snow and wet. See other reviewers whining about MPG decrease but it's minimalin my experience for what tire has to offer. Tire is extremely quiet considering aggressive tread pattern which is impressive. Another great tire from Michelin and highly recommend if live in snowy climate.

I bought the Cross Climate tires when bought my 2021 and took the OEM tires off. I love these tires they do such a great job in rain and snow. I got 81,381 miles on the first set! I think I could have gotten more mileage on the tires, but ran one a nail and went into the sidewall and could not be repaired. I’m very pleased and impressed with these Michelin Cross Climate2 tires! I would recommend them to anyone!

I should say up front that I have personally driven well over a half a million miles on multiple sets of Michelin pick-up truck and auto tires over the past thirty years, and have been very impressed with the ride, performance, and durability of every set. Much of those miles were on interstate highways, with lots of surface street travel. So when I bought a set of four Cross Climate II's three months ago I was very interested in the Cross Climate II tread design and a bit excited to see how it would perform. Well lets just say I was not disappointed. The first week was dry highway and surface roads, the tires felt great! as have all my previous sets of Michelin tires have. I did get a chance early on to checkout the side wall stability at high speed when I had to dodge some significant road debris (a semi truck leaf spring) at highway speed (75mph). The Cross Climate II's responded with true stability and easily passed the high speed road debris dodge test with flying colors. On the third week I was able to check them out in a major down pour, I drove into a rain storm doing 75 mph. I initially cut my speed back to 60 mph to get a feel of tires meeting the very wet road surface, and they felt great. So with no traffic around I tilted the wheel back and fourth slightly to feel the tread stability while driving on water, and they felt glued to the road, so I being a bit of risk taker I took the speed back up to 75mph and the performance was the same; excellent! So that brings me to today my first drive of the year through three or four inches of icy wet heavy snow, tracking was very good through lane changing. The Cross Climate II's handled the snow and slush with no problem. The Cross Climate II Michelin tires deserve five stars and two thumbs up in my book! In closing this review I tell a little story about some advise I overheard when I was younger working American. I overheard a older work colleague say there was two purchases where quality was imperative and he would never go cheap on; shoes and mattresses, because if not in one your in the other. So when I started driving and purchasing tires I added tires to his adage, so there are three things where quality was imperative and I would never go cheap on; shoes, mattresses and tires, because if not in / on one your in / on the other.

I purchased these tires for my AMG GLC43 because I couldn't handle how rough the ride was with the Run flat OEM. First time in 20 years not having a dedicated winter tire. Never missed them ride comfort, noise, durability traction these tires do it all.

I purchased 4 Cross Climate 2 tires a month ago for my 21 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. I could not be happier. The ride and handling in all conditions are far superior to the Goodyear Adventure with Kevlar they replaced. My wife has the Cross Climate 2's on her 16 Ford Escape and has had them in winter conditions , and feels safe and confident now. The tires are not cheap, but we feel they are well worth the money for the peace of mind they provide.

I bought these about a month ago after experiencing hydroplaning on the highway on the original tires. As luck would have I experienced a similar rainstorm after having the new tires mounted. They seemed to preform much better. Of course the old tires were worn. The CrossClimate 2s were much quieter than expected given the aggressive tread pattern. The true test will come once snow is on the ground. I'm a skier and looking for better winter traction without the need to swap tires out twice a year.

After a lot of research and talking to a lot of different sales people at tire shops about what tire to buy I decided to go with this tire. I live in Ohio and work about 50 miles away from home. These went on an AWD Honda CR-V and have performed wonderfully. My fuel economy improved from the low quality tires that were on it when I got it, rain traction is marginally better, the ride quality and noise level are the best I've ever had and snow traction over the past Ohio winter was outstanding. Under a level 3 when I am required to get to work I had no issues confidentially and safely getting to and from work. Great fuel economy, even being a brand new tire. Couldn't of picked a better tire, and will definitely be buying another set!
