Was promptly greeted and served upon arrival for my appointment. Tires professionally installed within promised timeframe. Have purchased Cooper Tires in the past on this vehicle and have been very satisfied. Just in time for winter driving. They went very well on our AWD Murano.

Purchased these tires 11/2024 and have put 40k miles on them so far. They still have a smooth and quiet ride with lots of tread left. I rotate them every 5k miles. For the price and performance, these tires have been great. I’ll definitely buy them again.

I had a 9am appointment! I got to Sam’s at 8:45am. I was told that it would be around 12noon before they could get to my car. I kindly cancelled my purchase and my appointment!! Reason: extremely slow service!!
