BEAUTIFUL AND WELL MADE

Beautiful set! This particular set was recommended by a family member who’s had it for 10 years and they still look fabulous! I also received a recommendation from a friend who’s had a set for 7 years and they still look amazing! Cook evenly, distribute heat really well. Customer service is exceptional.

Very good quality

Good solid construction. Heat up fast and evenly. Cleaning is easy. Use low to medium heat and the right oil or butter and basically no stick. Great quality. Others who reviewed and stated that their pan warped or burned food probably did not read the use instructions.

Great Cookware

The cookware is a very good set for anyone that loves to cook. I am just getting use to them, but I like very much my experience so far. The individual pieces are heavy and sturdy built. I am sure that they will last for a long time. All of the lids fit very well. I am sure that they will serve us well.

Love them!

I love my new cookware! Great heat distribution and doesn’t stick. The design is good. I went with these over the All-Clad because of the rounded edges. Definitely makes them easier and cleaner to pour. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because, at least for me, the first time I used them they got this weird white film kind of coloring on the inside. I’ve cleaned them with regular soap and water, Barkeepers Friend, even baking soda and vinegar, nothing will bring them back to their original shine on the inside. Doesn’t seem to affect their performance though... just a little frustrating.

My next garage sale ...

This 12 piece set has two faults, in my opinion. First is that they are very, very heavy. They will not be the first pan I reach for when frying my eggs for breakfast. Secondly, and this is nothing that's wrong with the set, is that they are not non-stick. I didn't even think about that when I purchased them. So now I've got this fairly expensive, very heavy set of cookware which will probably be included in my next garage sale.

Happy with my purchase

I’ve been using these pans for about 3 months now. They perform consistent with typical reviews that I read prior to purchase. They do hold heat well and cook evenly and beautifully. They do have small spots where the stainless changes or loses its finish inside and easily scratches inside but still look marvelous outside. They are very heavy and if you are older (like me) with arthritis, you may want to consider a lighter pan. It’s been an adjustment to use maximum medium heat with these pans since I was often a high and medium high type cook but I think it’s probably improved the quality of my cooking and performs especially nice with sauces.

Beat Bobby Flay

I feel so fancy when I use my Cuisinart pots and pans; they are so shiny and sparkling even after repetitive use. It wasn’t until I watched an episode of Beat Bobby Flay and recognized a chef using a pan just like mine; that I knew how truly fancy I was!

Quality Product!

These pans are simply amazing. They work with every type of stove, including induction. They are super easy to clean with a little help from Bar Keepers Friend. They bring beautiful caramelization to your foods. Slightly disappointed by the sizes of the pans (one pan is too small for much of anything and one pot is way bigger than needed). But for the value, it is totally worth it. A must have for every kitchen.

Really nice set of pans

After using my odds and ends pieces for 43 years, and wearing them out, I decided to ask for a nice set of pans for Christmas. Since my husband and sons never know what to get me because I tell them I never need anything, they were thrilled to me give them an idea. I compared all the different types, and decided to take the plunge and get stainless steel, although I was a bit nervous about cooking with it. I watched videos and read hints, tips and reviews. (I had been using non-stick fry pans and enamel sauce pans for years.) I chose the Cuisinart because they were so recommended, so well made, and just beautiful to look at. I have a brushed stainless, with a mirror-finish around the top, just under the rim. They're wonderful to cook with. (I did season the fry and sauce pans before using.) They clean up very easily - I let them cool then soak if necessary, but otherwise, just use Bartender's Helper and they look like new. The handle on the fry and sauce pans don't get hot, which is a plus. The sauté' pan has the long handle, plus a helper handle which is great. I love that the fry and sauté' pans can go from the stove top to the oven. Just a word - the pans have some weight to them. I've found that the the stock pot and large sauce pan can be a bit heavy for me when I'm pouring the contents out. Part of me would have liked to have the smaller handles on either side of the sauce pans, rather than one long handle (my old enamel pans were like that). But I've gotten used to the weight, and make sure I'm careful when pouring out the contents. I love my Cuisinart pans. I use them every day, and they look like I just took them out of the box. I'm so glad I got them.

Why I love the Cuisinart MultiClad Pro Triple Ply

I love the idea of a god conductor placed on the burner versus a like pan bottom. To have the power of aluminum to conduct the heat yet a joy of both the beauty of stainless and knowing no aluminum is going to get into the food is wonderful. They are a very nice weight and very fine to look at!
