Love the weight of the pans and the long handles. Having to relearn how to cook without a non stick surface. The pans clean up well.

Heavy and that is good, the pots and pans heavy gauge makes for even heat and harder to burn food. I very much enjoy cooking with these pans.

Set is nice but still no matter how much oil I put in the pans, they always stick and they're. A pain to wash.
