Difficult to clean. Food sticks. I had the non stick used no metal and protective coating scratched.

I'm still getting used to these but so far I love them. They aren't coated with the Teflon poison, so that is a huge plus.

Beautiful set. Heats evenly. Use low heat and after each use place dish detergent and water in pan, set back on stove. Clean after each use promptly.

Heavy and that is good, the pots and pans heavy gauge makes for even heat and harder to burn food. I very much enjoy cooking with these pans.

spent more time trying to clean than cook … bought a set of nonstick by Farberware for less than $70.00 and very happy.
