I am very pleased with my new pots. They have a very sturdy feel to them and strong riveted handles. The stainless steel is very easy to clean and the conduction of heat is great. I have a slight concern on how the brushed finish on the outside is going to clean as time goes on, but as of yet I have had no trouble.

This is a great pan set! I've always used non stick but wanted to try stainless steel. I was nervous about food sticking. I read that you MUST pre-heat stainless steel before adding food and don't move the food until it wants to release on it's own. I've had no problems when following those rules. The pans are super easy to clean and they cook nice and even. I am so happy with my purchase. They are nice and heavy duty and not cheap feeling or looking at all!

I was afraid to switch to stainless, but it's not really a huge jump from nonstick after all! I really like this cookware. The only thing I would change would be to add more weight to the handles. There pots are heavy but not counterbalanced well, so if you have weaker wrists you may be more likely to spill boiling water all over the floor. For example. Hypothetically.

I am a vey careful experienced cook and this cookware less than a month old has been sticking/burning my food (i.e pastas, veggies, and even a simple omelette). After rinsing and drying the pans and lids still seem to have water stains. I have followed step by step the recommendations of how to take care of my cookware. Honestly, I am very unhappy with the product. but if there is something I am doing wrong I would like some adice on how to better use my cookware,

We have been using our new pots and pans everyday for over a month now. I am so pleased with these. I had my eyes on Calphalon, it is what my mom has. But I am glad I did a little more looking. This Cuisinart set is every bit as well constructed. But I like the handles better on these. They are more comfortable to carry. I also like having all stainless lids more so than glass. Makes for easier clean up and safer when my younger children help put dishes away. I feel these are the best bang for your buck. Great quality, great features without gouging your wallet.

I bought this as a Christmas gift to myself. I have used them many times and am quite happy with their performance and cleaning. I have had no issues with them and hope they will last my lifetime. The set was more than I needed but for the price I could not pass them up. I had looked at many different brands and decided cuisinart had great quality and great price!

I love the fact that this cookware is free of non-stick coating, but is still easy to clean. I replaced an old set of Cuisinart anodized aluminum with this stainless steel set. My only complaint is the difference between the handles of the pans. The new style of handle is awkward and difficult for me to use with my rheumatoid arthritic hands. The old style was perfect.

I was looking at the All Clad sets and found this gem by Cuisinart. I have a Mauviel 10-piece copper set and am familiar with quality cookware. I wanted something for everyday use that was a little bit lighter, as the Mauviel set is the same weight as cast iron and requires more upkeep to keep polished. Hence, the search for a stainless steel set with good cooking characteristics, based on what I am used to, that would be a bit lighter but still heavy enough for consistent cooking. The multiclad set by Cuisinart fit the bill. The aluminum core goes all the way up the side walls for consistent cooking, heats quickly and evenly, and has been a pleasure to use. It is light and easy enough for my wife to use without being light or flimsy. This appears to be a knock-off of the All Clad and I am very happy I saved the money because I don't know what I would get from All Clad that I don't already with the Cuisinart set. Very pleased with my purchase. As with all quality metal cookware, don't overheat or turn the heat too high when cooking. Let it reach the temperature that you want before adding your proteins, etc. and enjoy the even cooking. I have found the set very easy to clean post use. I never use a dishwasher for good cookware and when I am done cooking, I simply let it cool, add hot soapy water, let it soak for 10 minutes or so, and then rinse and wipe clean. Very easy and low maintenance for metal cookware. Great price. I only wonder how long before it becomes popular, given the price for value, and the price goes up on this great set.

Looking for a set of fully clad stainless cookware, and this was both highly rated and a very good price. Decided to give it a chance, and I’m more than impressed. I’d consider myself a little more gourmand than the average home cook, and this product exceeded my expectations.

A great set to replace an inexpensive and used up set. These pans heat very well and retain heat nicely. The rolled lip makes pouring easier and the lids fit well. The skillet is large and deep. On the downside, the two small pots do not stack well. Also, it seems cheese bonds to the bottoms like glue. Can't just soak it clean.
