I have had this set for exactly a month now and feel I have used it enough for a review. The pieces wash up easily in the sink (I hand wash them) and with some simple soaking then baking soda paste, any stuck on food comes right off. There was a small learning curve on how hot to preheat the skillets for things like bacon, breakfast potatoes, and eggs as well as how much fat/oil to use. My only small complaint is the set missing a 2 qt pot. I kept my older set pot but will soon need to replace it. To me a 2 qt pot is widely versatile and would better suit my needs than the 3 qt. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and these pots still look brand new. I use several daily and have not had any issues with burning, stains, or stuck on food that won't come off. Low and slow will get you there.

I love my new Cuisinart 12 pice set. The weight is perfect. They heat up quickly and food cooks perfectly. I've always avoided using stainless steel to cook with because I've always felt they would be harder to clean, but with this set I have found that is not true. I had bought one other Cuisinart stainless steel piece a few years back and used it extensively. That's what led me to buy a whole set. I have no regrets and would recommend this set to anyone looking to buy new cookware.

I really like cooking with these pans. I bought them because I am expecting a new induction range to be installed in a couple of weeks. I am disappointed that they are hard to clean. I spray them with a Dawn and vinegar mixture and let them soak. That seems to be working. Just extra work for me.

We were looking to replace our old cookware with shredding non-stick surfaces and banged up bottoms--we were ready to upgrade (but not with our life savings!). We looked at several items and ended up choosing Cuisinart's 12-piece set. It is perfect! Lower cooking temperatures mean less energy use and the pans are just the right thickness to cook without burning. I love the heft and substantial manufacturing. I've had no issues with food sticking (something I was worried about)--but it comes down to trusting that you can cook with a lower temp. I love cooking with this set!

I wanted to love this set, as I've been searching for a safer alternative to nonstick cookware. However, everything sticks or burns to the bottom of the pans. Even at reduced temperatures. I read that you should ensure grease, butter, etc. is thoroughly warmed before putting food in pans, but that hasn't helped. If you're not paying very close attention, the butter and grease will begin to burn almost immediately. Veggie burgers stuck to one pan on first use. We've done everything we can to remove excess left behind, but it never came off. Now everything we cook sticks to it.

The pans in this set are heavy weight, cook wonderfully and have a nice brushed finish on the outside. My disappointment is with the pan lids. They are metal, flat and the handles get hot. I would like to know if there are replacement lids for this set with a different design because I would get them now.

Excellent set from the inclusion of a useful collection of pieces, to the high quality build, and especially from the standpoint of high value. I'm very happy with my purchase. This cookware set performs exactly as stainless should and cleans-up well.

Absolutely phenomenal set. I thought it was pricey when I first purchased it, but after having used the cookware for a few months now it’s worth every penny. Great for amateur cooks and professionals. My single complaint is that the items are on the heavier side, but I think that just comes with the solid construction. I would rebuy this product again 100% of the time.

Solid heavy cook ware. We have had this for a month and it is working well for our cooking style. Induction burners will boil a quart of water in roughly 3 minutes. We are using a dishwasher to clean the pots and pans without issue. Notice some staining from the dishwasher but it cleans easily with some citric acid. Overall impressed with the set.

My new Cuisinart stainless steel pans are lovely. They clean up surprisingly easily after a little seasoning and a few minutes of soaking. They cook evenly. So glad I made this purchase. Got rid of all my Teflon pans because of health concerns and very happy.
