I was so happy to see Bill and get new sunglasses. I bought a pair in St.Cloud mn and I questioned about the curvature of the glasses with my progressive bifocals. they told me it makes no difference. I got the glasses and wore hem twice while driving, I got home and set them on yhe counter and both lens fell out. they also were a bit of and I encountered a slight headache. I took the glasses. back to the St. Cloud store and the same sales associate tried to put the lenses in. they were. not correct but hr told me that since I was living in the next 10 days to Florida they can take care of them down here.
so I left and went home. my kids were home for Christmas and my son told me to take them back and get your money back and look for them in Florida.
We went to the Fort Walton Sams club and I talked with Bill about this. Bill looked at my paperwork and agreed the glasses with to much curvature are not the ones to get and explained why. I picked out a frame and Bill agreed that frames I picked up would work. He measured me up and changed the line down bit because I told him I wear them when I golf. Next he went thru my insurance card and figured out my bill and it was almost 4100.00 cheaper than St. Cloud. Thanks Bill. Bill works at the Panama City Sams club and helps out at Fort Walton 2 days a week. When I was notified my glasses were ink I called took Sure Bill would be there that day. He adjusted my new sun glasses and set me on my way. Bill is a super star and I am so happy he took care of me. Bill deserves the Highest honor of true customer service available.
