Michelin in my opion are THE BEST TIRE on the market. Have had them on all my vehicles. Replaced the set on my GMC Pick/up (daily driver) after 75,000 + miles with a new set of Michelins, and put the old set on the farm Pick/up last year. Also have them on the Wife's Yukon and they have 60,000 + miles on them and still have plenty of tread left. You won't get that kind of ware out any of your competitors!

In the last two weeks I have had two sets (265/65/17) installed and now they are coming of my 4Runner and being replaced with another brand. I have always heard that Michelin was a top tire, but my experience has been terrible. Two out of four from the last set were out of round and it didn't matter what method of balancing was used (we tried road force and traditional) and it didn't matter. The first set was worse so i expect they had the same problem. Very unhappy with the amount of time and trips to tire shop dealing with bad manufacturing / quality control. Will never purchase again.

On my Sierra 1500, I managed to get 105,000 miles out of my first set. On the second set, I achieved 85,000 on the set, but only replaced the two rear tires. The front two appeared to have 50% tread left. I drove the back two over inflated for too long after hauling a heavy load and inflating the tires to compensate. Great Tires.

I have the Defender LTX M/S on a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee, replacing LTX MS2 tires that I used for 45,000 miles. The car is driven mostly in Montana where we have a lot of slippery snow packed roads and some black ice. I now have 6,000 miles on the new tire, mostly winter driving so far. The tires handle similarly to the ones they replaced, good handling on dry pavement, noise is not an issue. My complaint is that they do not have as much traction on snow-packed / icy roads as the tires they replaced. I can feel slippage at times and places I've driven for years in several generations of Grand Cherokees. Tires seem hard in cold weather

These are the best all season tires I've owned! have had them on my F150 for 2 years now and still have plenty of tread - Amazing traction in the Colorado snow/ice! I also tow a trailer and they are sturdy built tires! I don't understand how anyone can complain of these being a noisy tire in the reviews that I read. They are an extremely quite and comfortable ride even at 80psi when towing (275/70/18 E 10ply tires) Would buy them again!

10% of the tread is left at 30,000 miles. No way it will make it to 70k miles. IMPOSSIBLE!
