Plant Based Minestrone Soup with Saus’ge

Out the can, I did not care for the soups taste. Also, there was not a lot of vegetables as the picture on the can displayed. But after I added some hickory liquid smoke, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. This soup was fantastic

soup was good

Flavor is lacking. A little bland. The sausage part is not that good either. But it’s good. Not packed with vegetables if you are wanting a more veggiey soup.

Pass on this...

I doctored it up as much as I can. But that vinegar after taste and mushiness was inedible for my vegan football player (16 years old) and he'll eat almost anything decent enough. I fixed the flavor but couldn't get rid of that vinegar taste and the more you simmered, the mushier it became. Tolerable during an apocalypse...
