Well made and good heat transfer! Season easily. Remember wash dry pans with nothing but water. Keep reseasoning the dry pans.

Beautiful heavy weight pans BUT literally everything sticks to them regardless of oil or butter used. Am considering returning them.

I've used this set for the last 7 years, and they're all going strong. The 10" pan warped, but Cuisinart replaced it quickly through warranty.
