My new Cuisinart stainless steel pans are lovely. They clean up surprisingly easily after a little seasoning and a few minutes of soaking. They cook evenly. So glad I made this purchase. Got rid of all my Teflon pans because of health concerns and very happy.

I bought these for myself at Christmas. After reading review after review I chose this beautiful set. I was amazed at all the comments that didn’t like these pans so I watched YouTube videos on cooking with stainless. Being a new stainless user I was glad I did my research. Heating the pans first is the secret. Everything I have made comes out perfect. Even scrambled eggs side right out. These beauties will give me a lifetime of pleasure and I’m so glad I made this investment.

Solid heavy cook ware. We have had this for a month and it is working well for our cooking style. Induction burners will boil a quart of water in roughly 3 minutes. We are using a dishwasher to clean the pots and pans without issue. Notice some staining from the dishwasher but it cleans easily with some citric acid. Overall impressed with the set.

I wanted to love this set, as I've been searching for a safer alternative to nonstick cookware. However, everything sticks or burns to the bottom of the pans. Even at reduced temperatures. I read that you should ensure grease, butter, etc. is thoroughly warmed before putting food in pans, but that hasn't helped. If you're not paying very close attention, the butter and grease will begin to burn almost immediately. Veggie burgers stuck to one pan on first use. We've done everything we can to remove excess left behind, but it never came off. Now everything we cook sticks to it.

I love my new Cuisinart set of pots. I purchased them about 4 weeks ago and do not care to use anything else. I wanted a stainless steel set to get away from the coated pans. We love the size of each pots and fry pans and love the steamer, steams up broccoli and other vegetables just perfect. They are a good weight but not too heavy for seniors to lift and easy to clean. I totally recommend them

I did not have any prior experience cooking with stainless steel, so was a bit nervous to make the switch from non-stick. I chose this set because it got consistently great reviews, and many said it was a good substitute for the much more expensive All-Clad. I am thrilled with my cookware and find it easy to use and easy to clean. I just googled and watched a few YouTube videos on how to cook with stainless, and have not had a single issue with anything sticking, even over easy and scrambled eggs. I love this set so much that I just purchased the 5.5 quart stainless steel casserole pan with cover and I am impressed with it as well. I have used most pieces of this set and find it very versatile and a good deal for the number of pieces included. I have no hesitation recommending this set and will definitely add more of this line to what I own already.

Overall, I think the cookware is satisfactory. The only thing I do not like is that the frying pans are really not all that great for frying anything in, especially eggs. They are more for sauteing. If the set included a Teflon coated pan I think the set would be more complete.

The pans are so sturdy. They are quite a bit heavier that ones I've had before. They are so pretty too. If you let them air dry they do look spotty so it's best to dry them by hand after washing. They have worked great on my induction range. I really like the steamer basket. It works great.

I love my new stainless steel cookware set! I have been wanting to replace my nonstick set for some time but was a bit nervous about how to properly care for stainless steel. That said, it's actually been much easier than I thought. I use Bar Keeper's Friend for stains, and for caked on food I just put a little water in the pan and let it simmer for a few minutes. Due to the hard water in my area, small but stubborn white deposits sometimes appear on the pots and pans too, but boiling some water and vinegar easily gets rid of them. I'm mostly successful at heating up the pans so food doesn't stick but I haven't quite perfected this craft yet. I like that the pots and pans are sturdy, conduct heat well, and are a healthier option than nonstick. They also look stylish and make me feel like a pro chef when I use them. I intend to keep this set for as long as I can!

I love these pots. I've been searching for new cookware for a while and was committed purchasing to stainless steel this time around because of its low toxicity and durability. I've had them less than a month, but I am pleased. I heat them first and then heat the oil and they've been easy to clean. The handles don't get warm. They look great and do an amazing job with seared salmon. I'm happy with my purchase.
