Good quality overall, some assembly issues - the cutouts are not clean and it was hard to put some parts in place. I have also the horizontal shed from the same line, and it didn't have these issues

Good unit! Assembly wasn't difficult. Only issue was the shelves. The brackets that hold the shelves where not made correctly and needed modified to fit together. If doing it again I wouldn't bother with the shelves at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When trying to assemble a vertical shed, I noted a hole in flooring that did not seem to have a purpose and appeared to be a defect in floor. I called Lifetime and the individual was very polite and helpful. He directed me to send of photo of the damaged piece for his review. Within minutes I received a confirmation that a replacement piece was being sent. I am extremely grateful for the fairness of this individual and will not hesitate to purchase additional Lifetime products.

I purchased this to use temporarily to put a few things in while waiting for my new full size storage building to be completed. My old storage building was destroyed by tree damage during a storm. I had no help putting it together, and a few of the operations really need two people to get it done, but I found work arounds. It is surprisingly sturdy once it all goes together, but it does require sitting on a very flat foundation to assemble and use, especially the assembly. Overall I am pleased with it because it does hold much more than I expected it to. Some of the assembly processes could have been done at the factory like the drilling and I would have liked to have some t-nuts in slots to fit machine screws into versus fastening from plastic to plastic which seems as if it wouldn't hold up very long over time.

The shed went together quite well. Then I got to the shelf brackets. Can't get them to go in the slots for love nor money, as they say. Called the help line, gave them the part identifier, and they said they'd send out replacements. Same bracket with the same issue. I've watched video tutorials to no avail. Got the neighbors involved thinking we might have been missing something. Same result. What's next?

I have called and a recording stating high call volume, so therefore my call can't be taken at this time. All I want is information, is the product available, in route?

We use this shed for storing swimming pool vacuum, Beach towels in a watertight container. Other reviews states it is water resistant (Not Waterproof). I have not seen any water inside the shed and we've had some heavy rains since getting the shed. I'm happy with the purchase.

We have worked on assembling this shed for over four hours and we are still not through. The instructions were confusing and some of the holes were not drilled properly. We have purchased Lifetime products in the past and were pleased but not this time. This was truly poor quality workmanship.

OK, so I bought this without seeing a model in the store, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. I'm pleasantly surprised! Only time will tell I how this will hold up sitting outside 24/7, but it seems very sturdy (for being plastic), so I'm hopeful it will last for years. fyi, part of the assembly included adding steel rods to the corners (all materials were included), which had to help. My husband and I (well, mostly my husband; I read the directions; he does the work) put this together. From unboxing to finish, it took us 2.5 hours. I absolutely loved the directions! Some of the made-in-China stuff you buy gives you a few pictures and that's it. These instructions were incredibly detailed and all the parts were well-marked, so assembly was easy. Because of that, I won't hesitate buying another Lifetime product. I'm excited about my new garden supply shed!

I bought a Lifetime Storage Shed and some of the hardware was missing. I had taking me several months to reach out to customer service for these parts, but I did and received a timely response with details of when the hardware will be shipped. The package arrived today. I am very impressed and happy with the customer service I received. I haven't run into this kind of service in quite a while. Thank you.
