Very well designed. Sturdy.

I built and flew my own airplane years ago so I see this shed at Sam's Club and think this will be a breeze (pardon the wind analogy.) I bought three of these sheds and assembled them myself at age 70 with arthritis, bursitis and other ailments. I'd strongly recommend that someone help when putting these together. It really is a two man job and I'm an idiot for doing this by myself BUT they work well, are relatively easy to move and reposition. I just wish the manual did a better job at identifying all the parts and GADS do these require a lot of different screws (included) but what a chore it was identifying them after open the partially torn open packages

Assembled by 2 with the easy to follow instructions. All of the hardware needed for assembly was packaged separately and identified for each application which made the process super user-friendly. Was assembled on flat surface (garage floor) then moved outside onto pressure treated platform positioned flush in ground. Building is square and doors close easily - no adjustment was needed. Shed has been in use now for a couple of months and so far has been watertight. Very pleased with this SAMS purchase, the price, shipping ($10) and quality of the product. Will buy Lifetime products again the future.

If your good with drilling holes in metal, and can put in other bracing it maybe fine for you - but I was not happy with this. Many parts did NOT have predrilled holes making the installation harder then it should be. Doors fit poorly together and still dont match up right. I had one part that was wrong and it was months to get a replacement. I ended up crafting my own solution. Stay away from this brand.

I had read the reviews and complaints about assembling so I reviewed them, and then watched an assembly video from the company to make sure I understood the process. One reviewer complained the hardware was all jumbled together but all hardware was packed in blister packs, and with separate packs for separate steps. The instruction booklet was long but accurate, though not simple. It took us (husband and I) 3 hours to assemble it. We could have been a little faster if our power drill had been available rather than just the screwdriver. We found all the pieces were marked accurately but it will require a small amount of drilling, as per the instructions. Drill bits were included. Find the directions for assembly on line and review if you are in doubt about your ability to do this. The assembly video was helpful too. Two people are necessary to stabilize and provide resistance while inserting screws, and because one of you will be better at reading the instructions. I'm not saying who. Use the instructions. Assembling left us with great confidence in the product. It has overlapping seams to keep out water and bugs, and reinforcement with metal rods at any edges that are stress points. The roof is very slightly sloped to prevent standing water. Overall the Lifetime Shed is much better constructed that our previous deck storage box which was all plastic. We are very pleased with our purchase. My only suggestion for the company is to also get the identifier codes stamped onto the metal rods. It would have made picking out the right one a little faster. A small problem since every other thing was very well marked. It's just that little reassurance that you've got the right piece. Would we recommend it to a friend? We already have.

It took longer to put it together than I expected. Drilling into metal wasn't easy. I received metal part for the door that was probably from another shed. This metal part was just too long for the left door and it doesn't fit properly. I wish customer service send me a replacement. Maybe it's still not too late. I could still replace it.

We found this extremely difficult to assemble. One of the doors are warped making for more difficulty. Two of us working on it over two weekends and we still ended up calling the handyman to complete it. We are beyond frustrated with this. Several times we had to drill holes that should have just been pre drilled. Instruction were difficult at best and confusing. We are very disappointed in this product. I would say unless you are a skilled diy-er or have construction /engineering experience avoid this and save your marriage...
