Bought this with great expectations. The camera was a little bit aggravating to get set up but I completed it after downloading the Manual from Wisenet site. I could not get the email alert to function. I called the help line and after a short wait was helped thru the notification set up. The problem is the app and DVR use email, email has a very slow response time to motion on the porch. Wisenet needs to update their app to use text notifications. Using email, If someone came onto the porch they were gone before we got any notification. Returned system to store after factory reset.

Great Cameras, bad DVR

This was an easy installation. Great video from the cameras. After 3 days of operation, the DVR died! Now I spent $50 to return the DVR to the repair company, even though it is only a week into it's one year warranty. Not a good start on this product!

You should not have to pay a repair fee since your system is still under warranty. No Focus!!

The price for 8 cameras was great. But when you try and zoom in it is Very blurred and it imagery is POOR!!! Not very happy with this product at all. My EZVIZ was a lot better wish I keep it or they had 8 cameras!!!

Don't Do It

I purchased this system with high hopes considering it's by samsung. While the cameras works well, the Wiseview app is complete trash. The app will loose connectivity frequently and even get to the point it will not reconnect to your devices even after deleting and reinstalling the app. Customer Service is useless and will put the blame on your router after going through a few simple fix. The recorder does work but if you want to see in real time what's going on on your property, don't waste your time or money with this system. Samsung should find a better app for their product.

Misleading Info.

We were lead to believe that we'd receive a "WIRELESS" Security System and we were shocked to see all of the cable installations required to set this system up. I am a disabled person and I can't afford to pay a professional to install this system. I hope that Sam's Club will take this system back so that i don't have to contact Synchrony Bank for a Refund Request.
