I was wondering are these brand new or are they refurbished because they have been giving me problems since I purchased them. Constant calling dropping, music stops playing mid song. I’m not too happy with this purchase!

Absolutely useless as noise-cancelling in a fairly quiet airplane--first class seats even. Fit is terrible--they fell out regularly. Very disappointed.

These absolutely suck they constantly fall out They are simply not loud enough and significantly worse than the first generation or the AirPod pros spend your money on something else.

Bought them for my daughter and she loves them. She said they are comfortable, fit, audio is clear and the outside sound blockage works very good. Still can hear someone calling your name if your attention is needed.

They’re WAY too big! They can’t fit into my ears, constantly feel way too loose, and they keep falling out. When I wear my hood up on my hoodie, the slightest brush of the material makes them fall out. My old ones never did this.

Only reason for returning these and getting the pros is the lack of rubber tip. They fall out of my ears too easy. And that’s all I have to say about thayt!

I have the first generation, 3 generation and now the 4th generation. Yes, i take care of things lol. I will say I am very impressed with the 4 and the noise cancellation! Nice finish!

Best noise cancellation ear pods out there. It works well with apple devices as well with other Bluetooth devices. I use it for MS Teams calls and the audio and mic work great.

These are amazing the noise cancelation is great for doing anything with constant noise (yard work or mowing or whatever) and still having great volume and quality of such.
