If there were an option for Zero rating, I would give this product a zero.  If this turns into a gummy plug in your glass of milk, what in this world would this be like in your intestine?  This product should not be allowed for sale.  It is a detriment to ones intestinal health.

This powder seems to provide fiber, but it does not completely dissolve and has a foamy consistency no matter how long it is stirred.

Guardian Fiber Powder

This item might do the "job" it is supposed to do but it is very difficult to dissolve. It takes much stirring.   The rate of dissolving can't compare to Benefiber.

Poor Dissolving

I have been purchasing Benefiber at Sam's for many years but only ordered this as Sam's stopped carrying Benefiber. They have replaced Benefiber in the store with Metamucil which I really do not like. This Guadian product is not as good as Benefiber. It is not as finely ground and leaves a slight slimy residue in my glasses after use. It is OK in a pinch without Benefiber but Sam's really needs to bring Benefiber back which is a much superior product.

Not as Good as Benefiber

When I couldn't find Benefiber which I had been using for years was initially skeptical that this product would be the same quality since it was priced much lower. Now after using it for many months can happily say that it is equal to if not better than my previous brand. With the price increases we are seeing everywhere it is good to find a product that is top quality at a much lower price. Thanks to Sam's for stocking it, just hope you continue to do so.
