I have only been taking it for a week, but I swear my nails seems stronger! I haven’t noticed a difference in my hair yet! I also read it’s good for joint comfort. I have arthritis in my foot, so I’m excited to see how these work long term. Tastes great! A little chewier than the other gummies they make though. I will continued to buy!

Make sure to have some water on standby. I have noticed that my knee pains have been less and less and my nails have gotten stronger. I wear gel on my nails and when I remove the gel my nails can be very brittle. Since taking these I have seen improvement. I would recommend these to a friend.

The taste is great, not too sweet, but very pleasant. The texture feels like a fruit snack to me, which I love. As far as the benefits, I understand that collagen is important, especially for my skin as I age. I notice a very slight glow in my skin, but look forward to taking these long term to really see the positive effects. I have also noticed that my nails seem a bit stronger, not so easy to break.
