Put these tires on my car in January 2020 and as of November 2023 these tires are still great! I have driven over 60k miles on these tires and use them all year round due to the types of roads and conditions I typically drive in. Looking at purchasing these exact tires again for this upcoming winter season!

I went in about 3 weeks ago, asked them to check my tires for winter wear and if they needed to be changed out, They were old, but I do not drive much. I was told yes and an appointment was set up. I get there for the appointment, 1) tires not there, 2) the guy behind the counter, different guy, went out to the car and came in to say that yes they are old but I did not need tires. I did my grocery shopping, highly confused, on the way out I stopped to check on getting the headlights cleaned. This 3rd guy asked why the appointment for the tires was cancelled, I explained, he checked the car and came back in and said they did need to be changed, The tires I had ordered were there now, so now the one hour appointment, now take 3 hours and I need to come back for the headlight. What is happening? I did the quarter trick in the tread but it showed the whole head which I have been told is a sign for new tires. Then the next day, my air pressure in the tires range anywhere from 35-39 and all my tires had different pressures. I went back in and was told that there was no problem with the tires, it must be the tires pressure sensor and they did fix that. Now, all 4 are different pressure and due change as I drive, but I never had the problem with the sensors before the new tires. I called again, to see if they do work on the tires sensors, I could not understand the girl that answered but she is not at my location, and had no idea. She told me that she would get a representative for me and after a brief hold came back to tell me that my store did not answer because they have a high call volume. The 4 times I have been by or in the tire shop there, they were never busy, so not sure why they are every time I tried to call. Totally bad experience and I guess I need to go get my tire sensors fix and pay for them. I will never come back to Sam's for tires. That whole experience was uncalled for.

Worst service in the world , I ordered my tires online and they made me on appointment for Monday afternoon at 4 pm. I showed up to my appointment and the people at the tire center informed me that my tires were not in and that the call center mess up by making me an appointment that Monday because my tires were not delivered art all that Monday. They tire center made me on appointment for noon on a Wednesday at noon. When I reapeatly said I need an appointment after 4:00 pm because that’s when I get out of work. Got on appointment November 21. I showed for my appointment and I told the technician (Alex) that my TpS light was on and that I needed a new sensor. A whole hr went by I got my car back paid for the tires and when I asked how did it go with the sensor Alex proceded to tell me that he forgot to mentioned that I needed that replaced . Left there with brand new tires and they never replaced my sensor. Am very confused it about how they handle this whole tire and sensor installation. They didn’t even care and they never called a manager for me to speak to about this situation I guess they don’t care about sensor light been on and or replaced before they finish a job,
