I've owned one of these carts for nearly five years and have had no problem with it. In fact, I'm buying another one for my home. They're very heavy duty 2-wheel carts and easy to use. The cart will easily meet the 900-lb rating, when used as a 2-wheel cart. I see that some have had problems with the smaller wheels, which means it's probably being used as a 4-wheel cart. I've done that too, and have had no problems, but I place the heavier items on the end with the pneumatic tires and try not to overload the smaller wheels when it's in the 4-wheel position. It's not a platform truck, which is designed to haul more weight - and to do it on four wheels (and sells for about 4 times the cost of this cart). As a 2-wheel convertible cart, this one can't be beat!

I bought this cart because I needed a two way cart for a LONG time. I seen this cart on ebay for $129.00 and was thrilled when I saw it at Sam's for a lot less. I bought it even though some of the reviews were stating it was cheap and the wheels were breaking easily. I can tell you I must have got a good one because I push this through stones and up ramps and down everything in booth the two way and upright mode and it works. It pushes real easily with the pneumatic tires which are 10 inch, I had a cart for a long time that was just an upright and it had smaller pneumatic tires and pushed a lot harder even going up steps, so this cart is a dream. When handling heavy loads the wheels do not come off the hubs, which are steel and not plastic. It is strong and durrable and made in the USA! The caster wheels are connected by a bolt through the hub, They are not pressed in so they will be real easy to replace even if they do break. I have used this cart a lot already and everytime I am glad I bought it. It is cheaper than having an extra employee to just move equipment in and out of a facility. The only negative I would give it is the tires leave off an odor, kind of like a cross between new tires and gas, I am still waiting for that to go away, but it is, finally. Other than that I have absolutley no complaints a cart like this will cost a lot more. If you need a two way cart get this one, you won't be disappointed.

My Mom bought one of these convertible handcarts several years ago from Sam's. She uses it all the time. I've been looking for one the last few month and I knew she bought hers from Sam's. Went onto Sam's website and there it was. Picked it up the next day at the store. We are both widowed so we don't have our husbands to move heavy or bulky items, this is perfect for taking garbage cans full of yard waste to the end of your driveway. I have a large lighthouse, bridge and wishing well in my backyard, this makes it so much easier to move those types of things in for the winter and put them on my 3 season porch. Makes my life so much easier.

I've used this for a couple of months now with no problems. I bought this to replace another hand truck that had was stolen and this one is much stronger and more functional than the last one. It also cost less.

Always fill tires with around 2-4 OZ of slime before first use and the eternal leaking tires will come to a stop. Learned this the hard way as they are impossible to fix once the leaking starts. Made in USA

Needed to take a 250lb gun safe down 13 steps to our basement. This hand truck isn't fancy but it did the job. Nice big tires and sturdy construction.

The rear (small) wheels had to be replaced with more reliable ones, the orignal wheels could not handle 200 lbs, they broke at the attachment. Other than that I am pleased with the product.

5" duty caster wheel does not support the weight of 700 or 900 lbs, they are damaged and lose form with much less weight, some 250 lbs. And the manufacturer capacity is for 700 or 900 lbs. This is shown on the product.

The product looked good but one of the tires went flat during the first usage. I put air in it a couple times afterward with the same results. I will be returning this product.

The small wheels are made of plastic and they brake easily. I have bought two of these hand trucks and those wheels have broken in both.After that you have to use it as a regular hand truck.
