I had not tasted Cheez Whiz since childhood. Recently, my young grand daughter wanted a cheese sauce similar to what she eats on her baked pretzels at the zoo. I thought Cheez Whiz would work....NOT!!! It might be that I am not used to cheese food products and enjoy real cheeses. It had a really artificial taste. I switched to a Nacho cheese dip and it worked better.

I have been looking for this cheese for a very long time. I didn't know this is the flavor cheese I have had else where until I found this one day while looking for another. I was so pleasantly surprised when I made a favorite dish and that is the taste I have been wanting for years. I'm glad I found this and have even more menu plans.

I know I shouldn't but I've loved this since I was a kid. I particularly like it as a dip for celery stalks. I'll also use it when I do a hot dog wrap (fajita tortilla, light mayo, lettuce leaf, spread of Cheez Whiz, a line of mustard and a steamed all beef dog and that's a wrap :-)

Taste ok I purchased 2 jars so I would have some for guest but the 2 jars I recieved expire in 3 months come on Walmart stop putting your expiring items off on online buyers we already pay more than in store buyers Not happy if it's not bent up cans it's expired. This is a legit review it is thick but taste ok kinda plain just like fake processed cheese product. Don't recommend or will purchase again wish I could exchange extra jar for item not old and different brand not worth driving to a store.

Apparently in Canada, Cheez Whiz is much like Spam in Hawaii. Very big. They even have a huge jar size available there, that I've never found here in US. I used to like this as a kid but hadn't had it in decades until my husband confessed his adoration (to cheez whiz, not me ;) Turns out I still enjoy it on crackers, but he uses it pretty much in place of cheese slices in everything.

Great for grilled cheese sandwiches, combined with deli roast beef or ham.

my son loves cheese wiz, wish I could get it cheaper, He eats it everyday.
