The fabric is pretty good and good value

I been using this fabric for years with excellent results.

My only concern, is if it lets water pass easily through. I've seen quite a bit of beading, on it.

We have used this for years. Hold well and stops weeds. Can't beat the price.

Bought great thick landscape fabric. The next year, I bought 10 rolls and had them laid out. Then I found out that they were THIN CHEAP fabric that was corroding within a month! This is NOT the kind of quality that Sams is known for. Waste of money!
