We've been using this oven for over a month now and we are very pleased with its features. I can report that this is the best convection oven of the three we have owned over the last few years. I highly recommend this oven. By the way, one of the reviewers said that you can't run it without the convection fan operating - well we found right away that the reheat function is a way to cook without the convection fan running.

I bought this AirFryer 2+ years ago and use it daily and still love it. Worth every penny, I've owned at least 4 AirFryers each were ok but had limits so i upgraded. Since this one I've never thought about wanting another and every time i see a "New" one come out I'm like lol nah. The sheet pans that come with it are heavy duty and hold up extremely well, mine still look new, get some 9×13 pre cut parchment, fits really well and nearly no clean up after. The air basket sheet is spacious I can toast 8 slices of toast at once, bake chicken or roast to perfection Line the bottom drip pan with foil and it will keep looking new for years

Wow this oven cooks fast, used probe for chicken done in 30 minutes. Toasts great, bakes quickly. Fans a bit noisy can accept that. Countertop space about 18” x 19” Happy with my choice.

I just bought mine, It's a really good product. Im just a little concern about the sound It is kinda loud for me compare to the other ones I had. Im not sure if that's normal for this product or its just mine that has a loud sound?

Have had for roughly a week and used 5 times. Baked potato, meatloaf, crescent rolls. VERY quiet compared to my previous non-Ninja air fryer oven. Not too hard to clean. Glad to have the probe thermometer but temp is “off.” Set for 155–when I checked “done” temp with another thermometer it was really only 135. But overall very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I love the Ninja Prestige Smart XL Air Fryer Oven and have been using it every day since I received it. I used to have a separate toaster oven and air fryer, so it's very convenient to have one appliance with multiple functions. The buttons are user friendly and I like that it comes with various trays and racks for all your cooking needs.

This is a slow air fryer. 5 times through on 410 to get zucchini chips. The bake temp is low according my oven thermometer . Oven says 400 the thermometer say 325. It cooks fairly evenly. The toast function is great for one slice. 2 gets a little more even.

I have the first version of this oven and it has been replaced by Ninja once and now the second one has died. I am really torn as to weather to purchase another Ninja oven. This one did cook great but I is a real bear to clean. They really should design a self cleanning cycle on these ovens. Because of the fan you cannot use any type of cleanner and if the exposed heating elements get anything dripped on them the oven will fill your house with smoke.

I purchased the DT551 oven in December and have used this on an almost daily basis. I am so far happy with its performance, however cleaning this oven is a chore at best. Cleaning the racks, broiler tray and air fry basket are easy. What is not easy and almost impossible is cleaning the inside of the oven especially after air frying as the splatter get all over the oven walls and the circulation fan. I try to clean up after each use however the splatter gets baked on and is very difficult to remove even after one use. I called Ninja support and was told the only method of cleaning suggested is to use mild soapy water and a sponge. Using an oven cleaner is NOT recommended as it could damage the interior finish of the oven. My biggest complaint is the fact that Ninja removed the grease screen that use to be in front of the circulation fan which use to catch the grease before it entered the fan, most likely a cost cutting measure. Now it just sucks all of the grease splatter into the fan which is behind the rear wall of the oven making it impossible to clean. Why Ninja would choose to use a finish on the oven walls that is so delicate that you can only use soapy water and can't use an oven cleaner is ridiculous considering the amount of baked on splatter developed and the cost of this oven. I would have given this oven a better rating then 2 stars if it weren't for the impossible cleaning of the oven itself. You may want to look elsewhere if you're looking for an oven that is easier to clean.
