These are a lot easier and better to use than I thought. I was afraid of stainless because of how much food sticks and can burn, but if you use enough good oil and butter (which is healthy by the way) then they are easy to use and clean. Very sturdy, flat bottom pots and pan and at good price.

These pans are perfect! Great quality and price!

So far so good. Only had them for a couple of weeks. We replaced our Teflon set as the Teflon kept chipping off. I don't anticipate that happening with the Calphalon pans.

I really like these pans. They clean up well but remember they do discolor. They haven’t warped and they are a nice weight.

Really nice stainless steel cookware at a bargain price, you can't go wrong with this set if you are in the market for cookware that will last you a lifetime. We got tired of buying those "non-stick" pans that the coating always goes out within a year or so and went with these. Note eggs and other sticky things WILL stick if not heated and oiled properly when using these. If you have ever wondered why your food does not taste like a restaurants its because they use similar cookware to this for making brown bits and fond that non-stick cookware cannot replicate.

I've had this set for about 3 years now and every piece gets a good amount of use, but the 12 inch skillet is literally used and abused daily. I have zero complaints. They cook so evenly, if you heat gradually and fully (Leidenfrost effect) before adding oil/food, they will not stick, scorch, or stain. I've made perfect omelets without so much as a morsel of egg stuck to the pan. They've never warped, get thrown on the dishwasher regularly, and have never pitted. They polish up beautifully with a little Pink Stuff paste. I'm certain these pans will outlive me. I bought them to replace a very expensive fancy “professional” brand that was too heavy and stained badly. Amazing value for the price.
