Excellent pressure washer. Light yet powerful. Quality construction and materials at a reasonable price. Perfect for the do-it-yourselfer / homeowner. Would highly recommend.

The Honda engine is a one pull to start every time. Does everything advertised. Glad I bought it. Three things I would improve- wider wheels, on board soap dispenser and a mesh bag to store pressure tips.

I bought the about 2 weeks ago. It works well and met my expectations. Would have gave it a 5 star rating but not enough thought went into the wand cradle, wand's lower end actually lays on the Carburetor air cleaner shield.

Just bought this unit a week ago and have used it three consecutive days at 6 hrs per day and she is running without a hitch. The engine starts with just one pull every time.

Bought 2800 as most reviews said it is safe on vinyl siding. Does an excellent job. Also great to clean concrete. Not so hot on car. Still need to scrub before rinse. Overall good.

Well for the price to get a Honda motor with more than 2500 psi, one word, score. It even has the good hose not the hard plastic one that never uncurls. I am very impressed and satisfied.

The handle/gun that goes on the wand was missing from the unopened box when we bought it. Strict instruction in the packaging indicated we should call Simpson if a part was missing. Simpson is telling us we will have to wait 28 days before they can ship us the part! This is unreasonable. If I didn't need a pressure now, I would have waited to buy it at the end of the summer season. I recommend anyone buying this pressure washer to check for all parts before assembly and return to Sam's if a part is missing.

I purchased this power washer on sale to replace a less powerful electric model. This model has specific requirements for gasoline, which must contain no more than 10% ethanol and an ethanol neutralizing additive must be added. They do provide you with a mail-in rebate for the additive. Make sure you have a copy of you powerwasher receipt as well as the additive and you'll need to peel the original barcode off the bottle. Once you've got the unit in service it works very well at full power, on areas like my driveway. The low power that you can use on your car is less powerful than my garden hose and much less powerful than the spray booth at my local car wash. This is the only setting that allows you to use detergent, so if you plan on doing the siding on your house, for example, plan on at least 2 passes, one to apply the detergent, one to actually power wash.

I wouldn't buy another unit. I took it home and it was great. Used only a couple of times. Now 9 months later it won't work. I called the company hotline and they told me to take it to a local repair shop. For a large purchase like this, I wan't a experience where I can simply return and exchange for one that works. This is too expensive and too time consuming to put it on a member to remedy. The manufacturer needs to stand behind their product.
