Great Washer

Bought this in May 2015 at Sams in Owasso OK while buying other stuff. Didn't keep the receipt (mistake #1). Used it twice before the motor quit on me. Got the motor fixed at a local Honda shop, so now it runs like a top.
Pump doesn't work for beans.
Called Simpson customer (lack of) service, and got the name of a local "authorized" repair shop, but was told without a receipt, they probably won't honor the warranty.
At this rate, it would be cheaper to just rent a power washer every time I need one.
Got this thinking the Honda engine was a bellwether of overall quality, and was I ever wrong.
I will NEVER buy anything with the name 'Simpson' in the brand again, and will go out of my way to discourage anyone else from doing so.

Piece of garbage

Bought this a month ago and use it weekly. It never lets me down, and I'm very happy with it. It does burn oil. Have to add oil after a few hours of use. But overall just a great power washer for the money.  I highly recommend this.
