Easy to ensemble, works great and is easy to use. Super cute and baby loves it! Mobile doesn't move unless you push it though.

Purchased this swing last month for my newborn son shortly after we came home from hospital. The swing works exactly as it should, all audibles work. HOWEVER the price drop made me cringe 🤣 I kinda want to take it back and get it for the lower price buuuuuut that's time consuming, Time i don't have. Excellent swing though!

The swing itself if great as was the curbside pickup. However, the price went down $50 a few weeks after I bought it and the return/credit process is daunting. I shouldn't have to physically bring it back to the store, return it, and then buy it back at the lower price. You have a record of my order/receipt/payment card - just credit me the difference!

I do love the look of this but baby doesn't sit in it well. Unfortunately my son hates it and we have hardly used it.

I had it for 3 weeks and the touchscreen display stopped working. Returned it in store got my money back. Really expected a higher quality product from maxi-cosi.
