I only use Clabber Girl. My Mom always used and now I do. I won't take a chance changing.

As the label states, this is bio-engineered food. I would recommend Rumford brand corn starch that is non-GMO or something similar.

Ok; bought it for the convenience of having it in a sprinkler jar, but could have used a sprinkler jar from something else.
