This little guy is a great idea ~ I get a lower body workout while sitting and reading, watching TV or otherwise engaging in some sedentary activity. It keeps track of my "strides" and calories burned, as well. My hubby and I are getting up there in years. We don't jog or ski or lift weights anymore. This is just the ticket. No more guilt for sitting and reading.

I love this! I had read other reviews where people said the digital display was dead on arrival. You have to plug it in and let it charge for at least 6 hours before using it. So far it's holding a charge well, it syncs to the app seamlessly, and it's helping me strengthen my legs after recovering from a back procedure. I enjoy using it while watching TV or listening to music.
